2024
A serene, secluded location. A parked car with closed doors and the engine off. A pair of lovers, finally able to steal a moment away from prying eyes. For many people who have historically been afraid to share their love openly, the confines of a car have offered a sense of refuge – their own private world where their love rightfully feels pure and is not treated like a crime.
A MGMT has joined forces with fashion label ROTATE to release a limited edition collection of “LOVE IS NOT A CRIME” T-shirts to advocate for those within the LGBTQIA+ community who still feel that their love is prohibited. All proceeds from the T-shirt sales will be donated to initiatives that aim to recognise love as a universal right.
2023
We proudly present a special collection of t-shirts in collaboration with ROTATE. Every t-shirt purchase supports a good cause, as all profits will be donated to Amnesty International's ongoing efforts for recognizing love as a universal right. Our campaign champions diversity and advocates a world where love knows no bounds, free from discrimination and prejudice. Together, we challenge social norms, empower the LGBTIQ+ community, and promote the idea that love should never be criminalized.
2022
Mads Nørgaard celebrates Copenhagen Pride together with Amnesty International and the campaign “Love Is Not A Crime” which draws attention to the lack of fundamental rights experienced by members of the LGBTIQ+ community around the world.
2021
Stand up, speak up and act!
Let’s all make a difference - love is love and love is not a crime! On 2021, Scoop Models, Mads Nørgaard and Amnesty International have come together to launch a whole collection.
2019
In 2019, Scoop Models, Won Hundred and Amnesty International joined forces to launch a t-shirt to focus on how dangerous it was to be an LGBTI+ person in many parts of the world. Being an LGBTI+ person in several parts of the world was still fatal. In eight countries, including Iran, Sudan and Saudi Arabia, one was at risk of death penalty for having sex with a person of the same sex, while a long list of countries still punished homosexuality with everything from fines to imprisonment.
2018
Scoop Models and Won Hundred collaborated for the second year in a row with Amnesty to create a pride T-shirt, which should focus on how dangerous it still is to be an LGBTI person in many places in the world. The T-shirt was also a great success this year and was worn by many participants at Copenhagen Pride in August. So the partners have chosen to continue the collaboration in 2019.
2017
Due to the ongoing torture and persecution of homosexual men in Chechnya, Scoop Models, Won Hundred and Amnesty International have together created a t-shirt where all proceeds go to Amnesty International and their work to support better conditions for the persecuted men in Chechnya.
